Details

Upon selecting this command, at the Command prompt the user will be asked to "Locate Pit Required".

When a pit is selected the following form is displayed:

  or

Current Pit Number Displays the pit number for the selected pit.
Use Network Plotting Sequence Number Toggle this option to control the pit label from the Network Labelling Settings controls.  Users can set a prefix and suffix to the pit label.
Specify Label Toggle this option to manually set the pit label.  Type in the name required for the pit.
Sorting Number This option will display if Specify Label is toggled on.  In the event of the user setting a manual name, there is no designation of how the pit should be sorted in a Report.  Type in a number here to choose where the pit will be sorted in a Report.  The number denotes the row position if the report sorts based on Pit Label.
Increment Pit Position This option will display if Specify Label is toggled on.  In an automated numbering of the pits, pits are numbered (or lettered) incrementally downstream to upstream or vice versa.  If a pit is manually labelled in this sequence of pits, this toggle sets whether the next pit number in the sequence ignores the manually labelled pit or increments as if the pit was included.
Label Prefix The label added in this box will be placed before the pit number.  Note:  Use an _ (underscore) as the first or last character to represent a space - when the label is created the _ (underscore) is replaced with a space.
Label Suffix The label added in this box will be placed after the pit number.  Note:  Use an _ (underscore) as the first or last character to represent a space - when the label is created the _ (underscore) is replaced with a space.
Comment Allows a comment to be added to each pit.  This is not included in the label but can be included in a Report.
OK Select OK to continue.
Cancel Exit the form without making and changes.

The command will continue allowing more pits to be renumber/renamed until Esc/Enter is pressed.
