Update Draped Strings

Introduction

The Create Draped Strings command can be used to create Strings and set their elevations to match a surface.

This command updates these Strings (unless they are set to Manual for updating) to reset their elevations to match the surface.  This is required if the alignment moves or the surface elevations along the alignment change.

Details

Upon selecting the command the software will initiate the updating all strings and models.

If model updating has been set to Automatic, a message will be displayed for the user to confirm the requirement to update all models. Click OK to update the draped strings.  Clicking cancel will not update the draped strings.
