Introduction
This command creates and edits Section Manager lists that are saved in the Settings folder - these lists are applied when new projects are started and are available to apply to all strings in the project.
Details
This command contains the exact functionality of the Section Manager command, except that the list of chainages/stations displayed will be limited to two entries, because the list is not being applied to a real string.
