Introduction

After an alignment is created, this command is used to enable editing of the alignment geometry, type, annotation and table outputs.

The format of this table is exactly the same as the Create Alignments form, except for the following:

• The Name field is greyed out and cannot be edited
• If a String has been created from the alignment, there will be a message box displayed on the Geometry tab of the form to indicate 'Alignment in Use'

Notes:

• Use the Rename Alignment command to rename the alignment.
